Guest Policy
MEMBER RULES & REGULATIONS
- Pickleball
- Pickleball courts are open daily, and hours will change based on season. Hours will be posted on the courts and website. These hours will be enforced and may be changed at the discretion of Management.
- Whenever a staff person requests to see a Member’s ID Card, the Member is required to show his/her Card or, if it is forgotten, the Member is required to identify himself/herself and have his/her picture verified in the SGGCC computer system in order to use the Club facilities.
- Guests not accompanied by a Member or Tenant must possess and present their guest pass card to the staff when requested.
- Guests must present photo identification to staff if requested.
- Maximum of two (2) hours court time allowed.
- Once court usage necessitates a reservation system, these Rules & Regulations will be modified to include the reservation process.
- During the 2021 calendar year, member households may bring up to six guests at a time to play Pickleball. The number of guests per member household will be reevaluated for 2022 and beyond.
- Appropriate tennis and pickleball attire must be worn at all times when using the courts. Running shorts, tank tops or T-shirts with cut off sleeves are not allowed. Shirts are required at all times.
- NON-MARKING soled shoes are required on the tennis/pickleball courts.
- Racquet sports professionals must be employed or contracted by SGGCC in order to instruct on the courts. (Members may only receive instruction from SGGCC pros.)
- Members and Tenants have priority over unaccompanied guests. SGGCC events (drop-in, leagues, lessons, mixers) have priority over daily open court time.
- Skateboards, roller blades and bicycles are strictly prohibited on the tennis/pickleball courts or sidewalks near the tennis/pickleball courts.
- All injuries or related emergencies in the Recreational areas must be reported to the Tennis Staff immediately. If Tennis Staff is not available, contact the Fitness + Movement Studio Staff. If the situation warrants it, call 911.
